Tenuta Lacco is a family-run farm located on a hill in the Sicilian municipality of Rodì Milici (ME), which overlooks the blue sea of the Aeolian archipelago and the intense green of the neighboring mountains such as the Nebrodi and the Etna. The founder and current owner is Antonino Calderone, a man with a great passion for nature and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, an ideal and pivotal union for the company project created in 2008 and which gave life to Tenuta Lacco. Within the family unit, each member – with their own commitment, their own ideas and insights – has contributed to developing this productive plan which extends for about 20 hectares, 11 of which are destined for the cultivation of vines, citrus fruits and olive trees according to the decrees of organic farming. Tenuta Lacco regards organic agriculture as good for the environment, incorporating the choice of eliminating the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, maintaining high product quality and preserving the territory.
