Principi di Mola was born from the union of an agricultural tradition that has been perpetuated for generations and an innovation process, developed in all phases of the production chain, within a well ventilated, sunny, hilly area, located halfway between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Nebrodi mountains. We are in Rodì Milici where the brothers Alessandro and Giovanni continue the work of the Salvo family. The historic winery of the company has been transformed over the generations to achieve and maintain high quality levels, adopting the best oenological techniques and the most accurate processing and refining methods.

At the Principi di Mola company it is possible to live the ‘wine experience’ with passionate tours (starting from 15 euros per person) of absolute quality which include a visit to the vineyard, appointments in the cellar to learn about the winemaking and bottling processes, and, finally, the moment of wine tasting with food-wine combinations that enhance the typicaltotally local products.
